Depave Summer - Mosi Architects Site

What: Mosi Architects own a high-visibility site on the N Williams Ave bike corridor. The site hosts the firm’s offices, which are completely surrounded by an underutilized asphalt parking. The private architecture firm is seeking assistance from DEPAVE to remove a 50’ x 50’ (2500 sq ft) section of asphalt in order to “plant pumpkins”. Although MOSI does have intentions to redevelop a corner of the lot in 4-5 years, they are committed to keep a portion of it in permanent greenspace.
