Depaving in Puget Sound

Create a Community Greenspace in Your Area

We’re excited to help you get started with your rain garden or other greenspace project. Depaving can involve widely varying degrees of complexity depending on your location. Considerations such as the type of native soil at your site, watershed protection areas, and the permitting requirements of your City should be researched early on in order to move your planning process along.

We’ve teamed up with Stewardship Partners and the Pierce County Conservation District, with support from River Network and the Russell Family Foundation, to provide you with the tools you need to succeed.
