Over 100 Depavers rocked the playground at Capitol Hill Elementary School. This depaving cleared the path for an expanded soft-surface play area – including new climbing and swinging equipment, a story circle, and lots of native trees for some much needed shade. Depaving was funded by The West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District and playground improvements were made possible by a grant from KABOOM in addition to funds raised by the PTA. Many thanks to the playground committee for their dedication to the future students of Capitol Hill.
